The gallery: http://lovenlaughter.smugmug.com/gallery/2248276
The problem: I have portfolio pricing set and it appears to be working correctly, but maybe working too well. For the above gallery, I would like to set the prices to zero profit, (i.e., a 4x6 for $0.19).
The steps I've tried (in FireFox):
What have I done wrong/incorrectly? And, please, rather than just fixing the problem, could you explain what I did wrong so I don't do it again in the future and have to write another note like this one (besides, maybe someone else would like the answer as well?:dunno).
Thanks for your help and I look forward to an answer.

The steps I've tried (in FireFox):
- Login to may SmugMug account
- Navigate to the above referenced gallery
- Select Custom Pro Pricing from the <Photo Tools> DropDownList (DDL)
- Select SmugMug Defaults from the "Apply this pricing" DDL
- Select "All Products" from the "To These" DDL
- Click on the "Apply" button. All the prices are loaded as expected
- Click on the "Save" button. The gallery page is re-loaded
- Start IE7
- In the IE7 window, Navigate to www.smugmug.com and click on the
"Logout" link at the top of the page (just because I want to be sure I'm not logged in to my account). - In the IE7 window, Navigate to the above gallery (copy and paste it to the address bar)
- In the IE7 window, Select first image in gallery
- In the IE7 window, Click on "Buy This Photo"
- In the IE7 window, Click on "On to Cart"
- In the IE7 window, Item shows in my cart, but with the portfolio pricing applied.

Hi, portfolio pricing is designed to protect you from having ANY no-profit galleries. So, you must price this gallery at 1penny over, and then you'll be all set
See the "note" on this help page:
http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-pricing
I hope this helps!

Portfolio • Workshops • Facebook • Twitter
When you order logged in, you will get the default prices as well.
Hope this helps.

Thanks.
And this one I know about. Thanks!
P.S. - Did it and it worked a charm. To anyone else reading this, you can increment above the default price by any amount and apply it to all items (or categories). No muss, no fuss - very easy.
Thanks all!
