people can't buy photos from my site, what's wrong?

peopel have been complaining that everytime they click on buy this photo and click to continue to their cart, it says their cart is empty. some people have ordered photos before, but it seems to be on and off...what's up!?

    Hi Ross,

    I've checked your site. Can buy photos just fine. what browser are they using, and do they have cookies enabled, javascript enabled, etc? Details and we can help....
