Problems with water marking.

I applied a custom watermark to a gallery i have set up for people to buy prints from. I have larges turned off and origionals turned off. People can only view medium and small. However my watermark does not want to show up, some have the water mark but not my custom one, it has the smugmug default one?

Any help?

Unwatermark all of them. - I just did that. Now, apply your watermark - but wait - you have no custom watermarks set (I checked your control panel)... so, set a watermark, and then apply it.
