Feed-based photo blog

So I've been really wanting to start a simple photo blog for a while, but I wanted to have it be fairly automated and working off of the smugmug framework. Tried some boxed solutions out there, but none of them seemed to fit my needs, so I decided to make my own.
I've got a reallyl basic model down. It reads a smugmug feed (keyword based), and cranks out the images, displaying them in order of reverse image number (which corresponds to date posted). Has basic next and previous links on the bottom. I've also got a thumbnail system, with a cropping system I made (which is slow and doesn't cache as of now).
So if people want to give it a whirl, tell me what they think, that would be great. I plan on releasing the code in a fairly finalized form when I get everything worked out. But right now I'm seeking feedback, positive, negative, or if you just have an idea. Thanks!

Hey there-
I'm really interested to try this, but can't seem to get the download to work (zip corrupted?). Any hints? Thanks!!
Come on JL, your hurting us! (TIA, of course!)
P.S., I bet you could just attach the files right into a post here, since they aren't usually that big...JDK.
