problem uploading a gif

i tried uploading a gif (the file type saved on my comp is a gif, and it has 3 slides to it).

i uploaded it (twice), but each time, it converts it to a jpeg and displays the last slide as the picture. the two i uploaded that it converted are on this page http://wlriv.smugmug.com/gallery/1681655/11

I see three frames on the last two images on that page. View them in original size. You might have to resize them prior to uploading to get them to a viewable size for your webpage....See SmugMug help re:animated gifs

Yeah these are too big for typical animated gifs, they'll work in O size, but again, they have to download to the viewer's computer completely. Better to make the files smaller before you make the animated gif.
