No watermark.

So I have watermarking on and a image selected and it works fine...most the time. Now an image just came in that wasn't watermarked. I went to tools and was going to watermark it manually but the watermark option isn't on the pulldown menu for this picture. Other pics in the same gallery that option is there...and they are watermarked and were automatically on entry to Email galler. So I guess the system sees this pic as un watermarkable.

It's this one above if anyone can see anything wrong with it.

I just double checked the options. Watermarking is on. wm image selected.
