Well few days ago as usual I was flooding forums (I have nothing to do)
Then all of the sudden I received email. An Indian living in UK said “I was searching web for Faisalabad” and he came across my mug of photos.
Actually his mother now 75 was living in Pakistani area before partition. And moved to Indian side. Defiantly who can forget his child hood. It happened in 1947.
Well in 2006 her son searched the net for her village in which she lived and he came across my Faisalabad photos ! and asked me
“Do I know the village called Gunna ? ” reality was that my village is next to Gunna !
I discussed with dad and my uncle who lives in village next to Gunna. And we went there
My uncle taking car out of garage
She mentioned that she remember a railway line here it is
Main area of a village
.Her father was lambardar of his times Lambardar is responsible for all affairs of village her is current lambardar

thanks for sharing this with us. You certainly ended 2006 with a kind gesture, which I'm sure was very much appreciated
