I'm just curious, and figured I may not be alone, as to whether Smugmug sends out a year end payment, regardless as to how much sales income you have coming, or is it rolled over if you don't request a payment?

    Hi Jeffro,

We send checks out the same time each month. For pros with W-9s on file, and more than $500 in profits, it's automatic, monthly. For more than $200 it's automatic quarterly (Apr, July, Oct, Jan). Any amount, you can request a check, to the showmethemoney email address. Checks are prepared during the first week of the month, and put in the mail on or before the 8th day of the month.

The next check run will be in January 2007.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks Andy...I knew all that stuff, but I was just curious as to the end of the year thing, and it seems you answered that.

Does your beeper go off when a new thread is posted or are you just sitting there waiting to pounce on the next dummies (like me) question? rolleyes1.gif

Because you are beyond fast with your answers!

I changed the credit card on my account (old one expired) and it gave me the "you changed your adress, you have to submit a new W-9 to get paid!" alert. I didn't actually change my adress though, so is my check gonna be sent out on schedule or do I have to resubmit anyway?

If you didn't change your Address, your w-9 is fine and you will get a check in the next check run, if you have profits due.
