I bought a Bigma a few days before we went home to Iowa by the QC area. I knew the eagles are down there so I had hoped to get a few shots while there. My wife's family & my own put up with me running out to the lock & dams #13 & 14 each day.
first day ..or 1/2 day sunny but not really any eagles

These really came out well considering you're new to using the Bigma, especially that gull-in-flight clap.gif

thank you!!!!!! I mostly shot hand held....I had to shoot it wide open most of the time so I could get at least 1/500th at 400 iso.

You got some nice shots thumb.gif and they will just get better as you get used to the lens. You need to start usinga tripod or monopod more. The Bigma is not that easy to use handheld.
