I bought a Bigma a few days before we went home to Iowa by the QC area. I knew the eagles are down there so I had hoped to get a few shots while there. My wife's family & my own put up with me running out to the lock & dams #13 & 14 each day.
first day ..or 1/2 day sunny but not really any eagles
worked on my panning
a hawk stopped by .
eagle!!!!!!!! wayyyyyyyyy up there.
DAY 2 was to be sunny....wrong..frost & heavy fog:uhoh
but I let my daughter shoot this hawk out of the car window.:D
& later I got a fly by...
& I got one shot off of this kingfisher..
not too happy about my eagles but I had 2 days left .............
..................to be continued.....(& prosessed yet):D

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
