I really had no idea about Dr. Who...
I guess I'm not big on the fx series
My eye keeps going back and forth between the lamp and the background. While this may be what you intended, my personal inclination would be to try a Gaussian Blur of the backround to see if I liked it (not sure I would, but curious).
I didn't know CS3 ws out - I'd think of updgrading from my CS1, but I'd rather spend the $$$ on a body or lens.
