Fans stuck

This is a minor thing, but my parents let their account lapse, as they weren't using it enough.

I had them listed as family, and I was able to remove them from my list, but they're also listed as fans, and I can't remove that. I'd like to clean the list up, is there any way for me to remove them from my fans?
