OMG...now I know why it sounded like OC was being bombed when the fireworks went off the other night! That's a lot of ammo!!! Great shots Bill, I love them all! :saurora

The Bellagio is quite a sight to see in the night especially when the water feature is in full swing. :D

Now I gotta fess up... as much as those Teacups look inviting I cannot handle anything that spins, so I watch them from the fence line as a spectator only rolleyes1.gif

The fireworks over the Magic Kingdom is a must do for anyone who has never see it before, it is truly spectacular, and most people love to see a fireworks display.... did you use a tripod for this one ???

Real nice series you've posted thumb.gif .... Skippy

Even though my photograph was from November 13, it's the same fireworks show you heard. I was there the first night of the Holiday fireworks show, which is running nightly through the end of the year.

When I used to live in Huntington Beach, I could set my clock by the 9:25pm fireworks start time in the summer. Since I've been in south county, I don't hear the fireworks from Disneyland much any more.

Yes I did, and I must say that is the very best shot of fireworks I've ever captured. I love having the castle as a foreground element and that particular explosion was truly amazing in person.

I've updated the original post with exposure information.

    Hi, Bill!

You mean that fireworks shot was ONE explosion?eek7.gif

Great shots - I'm partial to the teacups, just because it's so different. I don't believe that was in operation when I last visited Disneyland. Let's see . . . that would have been around 1959 - OMG!

Thanks for sharing these with us!clap.gif

One motar going up, a main explosion then several mini sub-explosions. I think that's how it happened. ne_nau.gif

All of the shots are great, but the Bellagio shot is terrific. I was in Vegas for 2 nights, both with "bad weather" by Vegas standards so the fountains didn't get much operations time. I go back this spring for 4 days and I hope to get some awesome shots then.

    Great job!!thumb.gif
