    Believe it or not just one shot wtih a touch of shadow/highlight. (10,10,20,0,0,0). The shadows were getting long so the tropical outside light wasn't so bright that it blew the window.

    I went to an old mill in Virginia over Christmas. The sites were better then my photo eye. I shot many but this is the only one I liked. We did use some of the rest to figure the Hp that the wheel produced.

    been meaning to comment on this photo for a couple days now.

    lovely exposure, really nice range in here. i like the room, and the window, with the highlight in the corner.

    Not really, but I did some bracketting and was very aware of what i was doing -- trying to not to blow the window or lose the interior. It was shot jpg+raw and I tweaked the raw conversion, ran neat image, did a little shadow/highlight and LAB curves. The result is a better image, but not hugely so. Here is the jpg that came out of the camera:

    I too really like the exposure, it's extremely well done. No layering, eh? Nice work. (Note to self, must learn curves.)
