Hey everyone! I'm a newb when it comes to both dgrin and photography, but I figure I'd share some pictures of my two boa constrictors, Zaina and Reyhan. Any critiques are also very much welcomed and appreciated, I'd also like it to be known I'll be getting my first SLR soon and can't wait to enhance my pictures :). Anywho enough of my blabbing!

This one is a little overexposed and washed out, ya think?

Welcome to posting. I can't wait to see what you can with a DSLR because those shots are fantastic. Did you use a point and shoot? bowdown.gif

'Thanks a lot everyone :D ! Yes, it was with a point and shoot and yes, I also can't wait till i get my SLR! I'm still a bit undecided over it but right now I'm leaning most towards the Nikon D80. I'm also undecided over whether I should buy a lens kit or buy just the body and a 18-300mm Nikon lens I have read about... that is also about $1000. The camera I have now is a Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z1, the first model of which I now believe they have up to a Z7. Mine is only a 3.2 mp, with 10x optical zoom but has proved a powerful (to me, and many other beginners) beginning digital camera. It also has a manual mode, along with A and S modes. I am even slightly mulling over Minoltas SLR, the Maxxum 7D. The camera I have now has proved very satisfactory and I got it for less than $200 off ebay (new) I may add. But enough of my rambling, it's just always nice to hear from other photo people that your work is approved of! Thanks again guys, and don't be shy in any critisisms.
