Need some help identifying a bird

Here are two pics straight from the brush again complete with branches in the wrong places.

The first one is a female northern cardinal

But what is this? I have looked all over the Internet and I just can't find this bird. I thought it was part of the cardinal family at first, then the warbler family but now I am just confused.

    Thanks Allen. I was just coming back to say that I had found the bird. It is apparently just wintering in these parts and will go back up north in late spring. It is really is a beautiful bird.

    I can never get a shot of that cedar waxwing! They're berry eaters and my trees and shrubs lack them....
