Great Blue Heron

Climbing up a rocky slope, I bumped into this critter.

She decided I was too close, and took off.

When I got to the top of the slope, I noticed she'd moved down to the water.

Hey, dummy. You've got feathers caught in your bill.

    I like that first one. The foliage gives a nice frame to the image.
