Hi, just started photography and i love it (3d Artist by profession BTW). Still got a stock lens (money here in the phil is hard earned :cry ) I even got no speedlight yet (cant afford one at this moment).

Anyway, I took this photo on my way to the office. It was a heavy morning traffic, almost an hour i think. Waited my chance to be in front of that building, grab the camera and shoot. I didnt even had enough time to compose the scene.

About the photo: When i downloaded the RAW file, i noticed the people where lookin to the right. I wonder whats going on there?

Hope u like it guys:thumb

Should I crop the picture more? The tree on the left draws my eyes attention.

    Hi, Jigger

I like it and I think it would be a good entry.
Did you get a shot of the fire fighters trying to put it out?

Hi Chuck, when i shot this there was no fire track yet. It only took me a seconds to take this one cause of the traffic. The fire fighters could not get through right away.

    Hows d cropping?

    Jigger,

Hi, I think the first crop (with bungy removed) is the best. It is stronger without the tree.

    Nice photo.
    C&C always welcomed.

    Cheers

Thanks Cris, I cant really get a really sharp photo on my 18-55 kit lens. on f/8-11, the center part is sharp but still not as good as the L lens. I found some photos on the net that uses stock lens but still they get an amazing shot. So its really not on the lens? its a matter of knowing the strong weak points of your lens?
