Even though it was only 31 this AM I decided to ride into work and take the long way to enjoy the full moon along the Potomac River and try a shot or two by moonlight. Found a pull off along the Parkway as the moon was near setting around 5:50 and took these. The first has the lights of the bike providing some lighting, the second just using moon light. Even got some stars in the second shot taken at a 10`second exposure.
The next two are from later that day as I was leaving work. This is a building right across the street from my office that has mirror-glass siding. The reflection is of a building just going up next to mine that is currently covered in yellow foam insulation. The last shot is a detail of the right side of the image that is a reflection of the tall crane being setup to construct yet another building. I really liked the abstractness of the reflection, the glass is not really as flat as you would expect in a high-rise.
