How to sell copyright of my photos?

I have just been asked in an e-mail to provide the copyright for an image that I took.
They want to use it on their website as well as in an advertisement. Approximate number of printed advertisements is 1700 according to the e-mail.
I've never sold any copyrights as such before. What should I charge?
I am assuming they want the large digital image (8mpixels).
I had SmugMug watermark the image just now.

You'll want to license your image, not sell the copyright.
