Morning on the Chattahoochee

I was out early this morning testing my new lens when I noticed this gentleman testing what appeared to be a new canoe. I think he was enjoying his new toy as much as I was mine.

    nice toys for you both :D

    I like the way the light just brightens the canoeer (sp) almost looks like selective color.

    If it was my shot I would have cropped some more of the background, JMHO.

    Wow..ISO 800. Dont you just love canon ? I have heard of that river but never seen a shot of it..thanks. Good fishing in it ?

    If I was going to do anything with this shot I'd also crop it differently, but I was just playing around with it.

    Fishing in the Chattahoochee? Well, I've seen folks fishing, but I don't think that I'd do anything except catch and release; particularly near to and south of metro-Atlanta. :nah

    As much as I hate severe crops, this one does look better (to me) with that small stip of sky at the top cropped out. I just rolled it off my monitor and it looked better.

    Looks like it was a nice morning. :) I'm glad you like your new lens! I like the water coming off of the paddle.

    Oh, it's a kayak not a canoe.
