Is it just me are has anyone else seen this?

Some emails to smugmug pic upload interface are not loading the text.

I'm seeing it with Yahoo and Earthlink email but not with my Squirrel mail account. :scratch

Different email systems treat it all differently :(
We're sorry. Our engineers try to make it so that the photo and the captions come, but they don't always, and much is beyond our control.

Stay tuned, they are always looking at it.

The emails that are sent to upload the photos can not be in HTML-format, but need to be in 'plain-text' format. With HTML it will loose the captions. I'm not sure about the 'Rich Text' format.

I'm reading up on email and see 'mime' format mentioned. Do you know if that's an issue?

I'll check the options on my mailer and see if I have a choice on format.

    Thanks for the info.

On my Earthlink email software I have the option for HTML and plain text emails. I switched to plain text and it uploaded the text.
