:D okay just trying something different......this is infact the same Pelican in a different pose twice on the same picture ....... not sure that it works though :scratch ...... Skippy

    Well done Skippster. Nice photos. I would have liked to see a bit more room on top and bottom of the pelican head shot. Feels crowded...too tight. Those are cool looking birds. Almost worth a trip to "Down Under" all on their own. deal.gif

    Thanks Mike ...... yes I thought the same thing about the tightness of the larger head shot.

    These Pelicans are found all over Australia, just go to a place where people go fishing and you'll find them.

    It's tourist time because of the school holidays, so a lot more people go out fishing and these guys just wait for them to come back in.

    Very nice shot Skippy. Pelicans are excellent subjects to shoot, quite cooperative.

    I think it works well - good PS work thumb.gif. I agree with Mike that a bit more room above the rh peli's head would have helped.
