Hi Guys,

Just wondering... I have a huey calibrating my monitors. It gives me a nice warning saying when the calibration is expired and I should renew. But sometimes, it makes me wonder how it calculates that. I calibrated last night, and this morning i get the warning again.

Anyone else seen this?

Don't know about the Huey, but I was under the impression that calibration was something that should happen on a regular basis.

But overnight? That's a little odd. Did the calibration from last night actually take?

Yeah, i did the whole thing, and it showed me the before and after and all.... nothing odd about that, or something that would indicate that it wasn't done correctly.

I'd guess it was date driven.

Is there a preference setting for it? My Eye-One asks me if I want to warn in a week, a month, etc.

I just got one and installed it, calibrates nice and quick. I thought I saw a checkbox in popup from the system tray that lets you disable notification? I'll have to check again tonight, maybe I was hallucinating. :D

I installed mine on the 10th, haven't gotten a reminder yet but I didn't log on yesterday which would have been one week. What did the help line have to say?

    Dear Ivar:

It seems that the calibration warning is not functioning properly. My recommendation would be to turn this off in Huey preferences. If you profile monthly this should be sufficient.
