Sandisk Ultra vs Extreme IV

Is there THAT huge of a difference? I presently have 3 2GB Sandisk Ultras. Never a failure on them in 2+ years of use and a TON of usage. Now that I switched over to RAW though I noticed that outside of storage space, the time to unload the buffer when shooting in H mode takes a bit too long for me and there have been a few times when I missed a shot due to waiting.

Is it worth it to buy into the 4gb Extreme IV's (pretty pricey with the firewire card reader) or should I just get in on the deal that BH is having right now on the 2GB Ultra's since they are just blowing them out?

In camera I havn't noticed much of a difference between my Ultra II and Extreme III cards (and Rob Galbraith's tests confirm this: http://www.robgalbraith.com/bins/multi_page.asp?cid=6007-7303), but on the reader end it does feel quite a bit snappier. The Extreme III also feels better built in my hands. Then again, the Ultra II's are cheap... eek7.gif
