Took a pic of a postcard with one of those rotational optical illusions on it caused by a ridged diffraction pattern on top of the card. Not suprisingly the picture did not show any optical illusion. However whilst I was playing with the shot in PS I noticed the rotation reappeared as I faded between two layers. The shot below is an animated GIF of 4 shots fading from one layer to the other.
