keywords

I'm having problems with keywords. I entered "smith College" as a keyword in quotes as a test, but when I do a search for smith college nothing shows up in my galleries or any others for that matter. I tried several key words in quotes and they never come in in the search. What am I doing wrong?

Your keywords are there, if you just entered them give it a little time for the database to catch up and index...

Thnaks Andy for you quick reply. The keywords are listed I know, but I don't get any results when I do a search. Nothing comes up under keywords in my gallery or on all smugmug. All I get are results for Smith & College but nothing for "smith College" This holds true for all my keywords listed in quotes.

Sorry to bug you again but I don't know Andy, It's not working for me at all. All of my multiple word keywords get no results. I'm not sure what you mean by giving the database time to catch up. I wait for the page to fully load, (this takes awhile) but still I get nothing! If I search for them in my control panel I can see they're listed and if I click on them in the control panel I get results but if I use the smugmug search, nothing! Have patience, I'm new at this.

I mean, that "smith college" keyword might not be indexed yet by our database.

Go to www.smugmug.com search for malbon or henniker, the search and keywords are working ..
