I've been looking for a black, reflective surface like that - what is it exactly, and where can I get a piece??? Thanks!

nice shots i like the gothic glow .....rick.
Nope just a dull black piece of medium to heavy duty cloth....like a 4ft x 4ft will do it.
Put it back far enough to be just outta focus....you all set.

Great thread...I love all the roses.
This is the best I can do for now.
I'll throw in a lupine shot from my front bed for free though! I'm ready for spring already...
These were taken as I messed around trialling some lighting...
The last was an artsy attempt to replicate something I'm not really sure what

These wild roses were found in a burn pile out at my country property. Too pretty to ignore.

Thanks, Rick
Did it come with or w/o the paint?
Must've been a big sheet for $20, but I've no idea what that stuff costs. I'm going to Lowe's later today, and will try to find someone who knows where it is.

the orange on white is exquisite! (My eye wants to sharpen up those anthers (orange thingies) a bit - though it has a nice soft look as it is).
Great shot of the katydid, too - my eye went to the flower first, then I noticed Katy. Nce detail here! Thanks for sharing these!
