The only UI glitch -if you can call it that- I noticed is that the 2-finger zoom paradigm in the photo section is not replicated elsewhere in the UI, like for google maps and safari. I understand the reasons, but it would have been nice to be consistent. I had seen that paradigm demo'ed in a presentation (from MIT maybe?) last year, nice to see it in a real product.
Apparently Apple patented "multi-touch" technology and this is their first implementation of it?
I was thinking about that video I saw back then...

I agree. This seems frighteningly and disgustingly overboard.
I was hoping to see info on iLife 07, iWork 07 or a speedbump for the Minis.
