I was passing by a street and found her begging . I asked her age but she didn't knew her age

Too bad i was unable to get sharp results .:cry

Today i bought a second hand book of some photographers Ailsa McWhinnie and Philip Andrews and read about Cross processing technique in photoshop.
i love these colors of photos i use to see them in different places.

    Ooooh my gosh...this breaks my heart...she is somebody's grandmother...somebody's relative. I think I would have taken her home with me...:cry .

    Awais, I agree w/ Andycat - I have to keep coming back for another look. Very moving portrait. Reminds me of something you might see in National Geographic.

    WHat I love most about your photography is the pure emotion that seems to always come through. If your subject is happy, I feel happy. If your subject is sad, I feel sad. And so on...very well done. thumb.gif

    Good stuff Awais ... to me this shot cries to be converted into a B&W or Sepia ... use contast to make the face even harder.

    the reason i did not converted to BW was that color of her eyes is not quite usual in Pakistan

    I like it in color. Its a very moving portrait as-is.
