Frame or not to frame?

Frame or not to frame this is the question. :D
I notice that many Professionals add a boarder to their photo's with a caption.

Is there a personal pref on this?

    Put me in the "no frame" camp. Unless the caption is critical, I don't bother. I think it tends to detract from the image.

    Obviously, this is entirely a matter of personal preference.
