Beautiful close ups, now I can see the detail of those birds thatI usually see from many yards away. Makes my Kestrel shots seem shabby.

Wow Randy, your wildlife shots are getting better and better, you belong here instead of Sports (though, I'm just kidding, because your sports shots are GREAT too!!).

Were these with the Bigma? You are totally selling me on that lens if it is. Between these and the zoo shots.... I'm sold.

these and most of the zoo shots were w/ a Nikon 80-400VR
I like the bigma but the 80-400vr is perfect for places w/ trees and shade
