Seattle received some snow this week, which is a little unusual. It was more unusual that it was sunny the next morning. I took the opportunity to shoot a little. Any comments or ideas for improvement are welcome.

This was my first post to this site, so I was unaware how small the pictures looked. I have since made them larger. Hope this helps.

Really nice looking. Especially the reflection on the lake.

My only comment would be shoot earlier or later in the day.

Ilike all of them also - reflection is nice. But I think the best is the one with the light beams breaking thru the mist.

I would be nice to see what these looked like in the first hour around sunrise.

These are gorgeous! I'm just a few hours south of you and also got the rare snow, but we didn't get any sun afterwards. I was lamenting the fact that we had beautiful scenery but not great light. You captured some of both! clap.gif

    Magical
Amazing how some snow dresses up the trees. I like the first and last photos. I'm glad you were able to enjoy the rare snow.

Wow, these are really beautiful - congratulations. The lighting in the 3rd shot is lovely.
Sitting here in a Sydney summer (currently about 33 degrees C), these shots really help me cool down!
