We are having a sub division on about 20 acres being put in next to our place, its 20 acres of sand stripped bare of all vegetation. Perth for those who don't know is built on sand, sand as far as you can see, anyway we had a heavy wind yesterday pick up the sand and blow it our way, the house has a fine layer of sand throughout. SWMBO asked me to take a few pictures so emails of complaint could be sent to developers and government bodies.123319655-M.jpg
Took half a dozen pictures in just a few seconds now my camera while appearing be working OK is making strange sounds from the shutter, my question if repairs are required would i be justified in expecting the developer to pay.

I don't think the developer would be required to pay, as they did not ask you to, or require you to take the photos.

Yes that thought crossed my mind also, but he has a responsibility to keep his sand on his side of the fence.
