Granted, it's not much, and so far only about $30-50 a week, and it truely is a very sub-par use of its abilities, but my XTi is 'earning its keep' by taking great shots of items I put on eBay as I slowly build my eBay business from scratch.
Not much to brag about, but hey, at least it's something positive about my new-to-dslr experience!
Thanks to all of you guys here for helping me out in taking great shots for posting on line! Your advice, though not getting me into National Geographic (yet :wink ) is helping me to realize a dream I've had for years: Go to school, become an optometrist, and raise my daughter while going to school.
One surprising thing about shooting for eBay listings: It's actually helping me figure out how to use my camera properly.
I know, not big news, but hey, thought I would share my positive experience in shooting...
