Cleaning Camera?

What do you use to clean your camera and how do you clean it?

I usually always unhook my lense and I noticed today when I hooked them back on to the Camera there is something inside the camera - I unhooked the lense to be sure it was in the camera instead on the lense and it is in the camera. Looks to be a piece of fuzz or something black? How would I go about getting this out without doing any harm to the camera? - Btw it's Rebel XT.

Any advice, would be greatly appreciated

Just dunk it in soapy water, rinse it under a faucet and hang it on a line.

BTW, slightly OT, but every time I crawled around tidepools carrying my 20D in Jamaica last Nov, that page was in the back of my mind. Nothing like those images to help me make sure of good footing!
