Took this coupla weeks ago.
Thanx to a member here I'm learning PhotoShop CS and weening myself off PaintShop Pro.
Mind you I knew nothing about Adobe PhotoShop!!!
Named this one "Who Me?"
How did I do?

Cropped and boarder added with sig and title.
Then I had to play with the Filter (Sketch Graphic Pen)
