    Im terrible on my fish mate...a trevally but whats those on the esky ?

    The headless ones in each hand are Spotted Mackeral, very tasty.

    The ones on the esky are Moon Fish or Moonies, they have a delicate white flesh that tastes similar to flounder or sole.

    The Trevally is grilled over hot coals Greek style, hand rubbed with Oregano, Salt and Olive Oil and served with crusty buns and a Greek Salad.
