Getting started: Optimizing for EZPrints

OK, so many questions! I have a ton of .psd's that I need to convert for galleries that can be printed by EZ prints. Via adjustment layers, all my images are optimized for the Epson R1800. Comparing the .icc profiles, there's a significant color/density shift when sending to EZPrints. Plus, I have tested for the correct white/black output level that my printer is able to reproduce.

What about USM? So many available print sizes from one master file!

Before I create those jpeg's to populate my galleries, I'd like to know more about the optimizations for EZPrints. Hopefully, I'll be able to write an action to batch convert those images... once.

Can anybody steer me in the right direction? There's a lot of great tutorials here, but nothing I've found that specifically addresses these issues.
