Proposal!?

A local resort offers childrens activities on Easter with egg hunts and decorating..etc etc..I am wanting to propose to be on location for candids and wondered how to go about doing that...Obviously need the ok of the hotel, do I propose they pay me, or do I justtell them that I'd do it for the advertisment and have the parents/guardians pay me for the shots. ???

I know what i want to do but don't know where to start!:wink

Anyone ever done this before that can give me a nudge in the right direction???

I would find the resort coordinator for the event and let them know that you would like to shoot the event and provide parents with photos online. I would say that in return you would shoot promotional photos for the resort that they could use any way they see fit.
Get their managment and any special guests and give them the shots for their own use, then point parents to your site to purchase prints.
