Upgrade to Pro/Billing Problem?

Greetings to all,
This is my first post and very happy that such a great resource exists for the Smugmug community.
I've been trying to upgrade to the Pro level for the last few days. I've had several emails from Ben MacAskill, who's been very fast to reply and very apologetic for the delay. I'm not sure if there's a problem only with my renewal charge going through or a system-wide freeze on upgrades.

I do have an event this weekend that will have many parents breathing down my neck for prints of their high school kids in a terriffic dance concert.

One of the great things about smugmug is that it's run like a high-tech country store and takes pride in being transparent about what's going on under the hood (sorry to mix metaphors). I'd just like to understand the situation and get an accurate time estimate for upgrading.

    Coincidence or not, a few hours after my post it's a done deal thanks to Ben. I'm looking forward to the Pro experience wherever that should lead. Keep all that great info coming!
