I was in the Buffalo area last week on business and decided to take advantage of a free day by going to the Canadian side of Niagra Falls. It was a beautiful day...FREEZING, but beautiful.

What a great place to visit. I was there two summers ago- of course it was when they were having record heat.

All three of the pictures seem to be too dark. The last one also looks pretty noisy.

I didn't get any great shots when I was there (p&s), it was one of the reasons I went out bought a dslr right after visiting there.

I've never seen Niagra Falls. I'm "planning" a trip there this year, is it cool?!

I like the second shot with the frosty plants.

Go to the Canada side. If you can spend a night there dot it. The falls are lit up at night with changing colors. The little town there has a strip of wax museums, arcades, and other fun stuff. Lots of neon.

If you have the time drive down the river to Niagra on the lake. There is a few scenic points, a butterfly garden, wineries, etc. At Niagra on the lake drop the $50 per adult and take the jetboat tour up the river. Absolute blast going through rapids 8ft tall and 30mph!
