Lost access to smugmug and dgrin for abt 2 hours

I completely lost access to smugmug and dgrin this morning. I noticed it around 7:30 AM CST and it returned around 9:30 AM CST. I ran several traceroutes and got all the way to a router that appeared to be dedicated to smugmug access based upon it's name ... but nothing beyond that.
I see no mention of it here... so I'm curious as to what happened. I did not keep my complete traceroutes unfortunatly, as I expected it to be a widespread problem. I'm located in Alabama and BellSouth is my ISP.
FWIW the last router I could access at the time was:
smugmug.ge4-1.fr3.sjc.llnw.net (208.111.152.82)
... nothing beyond that ...
