I don't think it's a bad shot at all, and on my monitor currently it doesn't seem oversaturated. I do think it's a touch underexposed, however. Perhaps a tigher crop around her face and upper body? All that cloth at the bottom (though beautiful) adds to the feeling of being a bit busy.
I'm worried this is a bit too saturated and cluttered, what do you think?
Like schmooo, I don't think it's lacking in saturation, maybe the reverse in fact, but it does seem underdone on 'pop'. It appears very flat. Does it need more contrast, perhaps? I'm sure a PS expert can come along and work it over a little for you, if you agree!
I agree...the colors are great, but it seems a tad dark. I don't find it too busy...all that cloth is interesting to look at. Maybe just a bit off the bottom to just under the green and red piece? Nice shot!

I concur with the several comments on the saturation & exposure. The other issue, to me is that her face and the wall behind are are almost the same value - no contrast. Her face almost blends into the wall. If you fix the exposure issue it may take care of itself. Otherwise, I would lighten & blur the wall so you lock onto her face.

Wow, great feedback on my first image posted! I like it here...
Anyway, I totally agree that the dull lighting was the main problem. I lightened/blurred the wall, and added contrast and saturation to the main subject. Also cropped a bit closer and removed some dust.

1. Boosting the contrast, )I had to copy the center of her blue shirt to avoid blowing it out.
