I want to put in a great note of thanks to the folks at www.reallyrightstuff.com

I had purchased a couple of lens plates for telephoto lenses several years ago, and recently called them to update them to newer versions that were longer and would allow mounting of an external flash bracket made by RRS as well.

I spoke to Carla and John and they were happy to offer me half credit for the older brackets and sent me the newer ones that work just great as all the stuff I have from RRS does. I did not expect any credit for parts that I had used for over three years, but that is what they did. SO Here's a big thank you to Carla and the folks at www.reallyrightstuff.com

Their gear is top quality and of elegant design. I just wish I could afford more of it. I have my eye on one of their heads.

Over the years, I've bought a couple of things from them.

In fact, I just picked up a pano rail kit. Ignoring the quality for a moment
(don't worry, it's excellent), the folks that are Really Right Stuff are good
    people. Excellent customer service.

Glad you had a great experience with them Jim, I've got a couple of their products and have to say that they are very well designed and produced. I've never had any problems with the BH-40, flash bracket, or lens feet. It's nice to know that if I ever have a problem that they are friendly to work with.

My experience with RRS has been superb also. I've got two BH-55's, a couple of flash brackets, several lens and camera plates, and a pano rail. They are all of excellent build quality.

RRS should be highly recommended to anyone needing this type of photo gear.
