Yet another photo scanner question

I'm just about ready to put the plastic to the computer and order a phot scanner (I'm getting tired to saying no to people who ask if I can scan/fix/print their old images). I've looked and researched and it appears that the Epson Perfection V750-M Pro is the one I'll get.

I thought I'd post this question before I buy it. Anyone here using either a V700 or V750-M? Any comments?

I figure I'll wait till Monday morning to order .....
