It seems that smugmug has access problems quite often

Usually I get it's you John, smugmug is ok. When I post about this type of thing.

Well I just tried www.moonriverphotography.com and it took 2 minutes and 18 seconds to load afte I typed in the address and hit enter.

google.com takes less then a second

There was something, I think it was about 4 minutes. It should be all fine. You?

I also have experienced a few slowdowns/interuptions this week since the upgrade, not sure if they are related but thought I'd mention it.

Lori is nice, but it doesn't tell you *which items on a page* took a long time to load.

Does anyone have a firefox extension that *does* do that? Given things asked earlier in the week, I'm wondering if the speed problems are coming from Quantcast...

Alternatively, does anyone who's having the problem want to put that Quantcast domain name in their hosts file as 127.0.0.1?

Your site just loaded in 6 seconds for me. I don't doubt there were issues, I'm just giving you another data point.

    Hi John,

Ouch - I'm sorry you are having trouble hitting your site. I'm just about an hour away from you, up in NY, and am hitting your site just fine, in fact it's reallly fast.

Can you run a traceroute? Holler back, if you need instructions. This will help us diagnose your problem. Sorry you are having troubles.
