SORT SUB-CATEGORIES/GALLERIES: arrange

I need some help with the "sort sub-categories: arrange" & "sort galleries: arrange" feature.
I have 2 sites on Smugmug and for some reason the SORT feature shows up on one when I am logged in and not on the other. With the exception of color codes & posted photos the two site are customized identical.
I have looked at the posts on Dgrin that refer to this and all refer to turning on the ""sort by position" feature and have looked at the "Arranging Albums & Galleries: Categories" help pages on Smugmug.
I have been able to customize my Smugmug sites purely from searching Dgrin but I have finally hit a wall on this one and can not fix what I'm sure is a simple thing.

you had a bunch of errors in your css. Missin } and extra characters, too.

Thanks, but I am still having the problem.

right below the HOME sub-categories the "sort sub-categories: arrange" just isn't showing up

I just can't figure it out
Links above were wrong when first replied.....they are fixed now.
Any ideas how to fix arrange problem??
