You'd be nervous too, if all ya did was steal food and in general make a commotion rolleyes1.gif

They are however in their defense a good alarm for approaching raptors !! thumb.gif

Did these ravens have a purplish tint to them or is that actually purple fringing? I'm more or less referring to the two on the right side of picture, the head and neck regions...

Nice shot on a very difficult exposure.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

I don't know what caused the purple.Maybe they are like wild turkeys and give off lots of colors in the sun.

Nope, it's chromatic aberration. If you google a bunch of sites pop up...here's one - http://www.vanwalree.com/optics/chromatic.html

But... all is not lost. :) Shay Stephen's has a wonderful PS action on his site HERE, that gets rid of fringing. It's the best $10 I've ever spent.

It took me less than 3 seconds to do this:

Just two clicks of the mouse. :)

    Cool shot and apt title!
