a friend cant buy photos...

A friend of mine cant buy a photo off my site, says she clicks on it and it takes forever to go to the cart and once it does, she clicks on the view cart and the cart is empty.. she's using a MAC, is this the problem?

Canon 30D, some lenses and stuff... I think im tired or something, i have a hard time concentrating.. hey look, a birdie!:clap

    Someone reported a problem last week with the 'Buy This Photo' link to the cart. You might suggest that she try using the 'Buy Several' link, and only checking off the one photo, to see if that works.

    I believe they think they'd fixed that, but perhaps there are different circumstances....

    She probably doesn't have cookies enabled.
