I dropped off a Manfrotto 322RC2 yesterday because I had stripped out the hex screws on the QR plate. They called me less than 24 hours later saying it was ready for pick up. When I stopped in to grab it they brought it out with new screws, the proper size allen key for the screws and did not charge me a thing.
